How to Throw an Axe
Safety & Technique
Our trained staff will teach you everything you need to know. All equipment provided!
Stand at the designated throwing line
Hold the axe with both hands above your head
Step forward with your dominant foot
Swing the axe down and release at eye level
Follow through with your arms pointing at the target
Safety is our #1 priority. All participants receive a safety briefing before throwing.
